Every few weeks Mr. Sampson delivers my full bottles of spring water and picks up my empty bottles.
What I really appreciate is the personalized service that Mr. Sampson provides.
Not only does Mr. Sampson address me by my name on every delivery, but he also calls me in advance to let me know when he will be arriving, and he always carries those heavy bottles up the flight of stairs to my apartment and places and rotates them in my nine-bottle wall rack which I really appreciate.
During his deliveries, Mr. Sampson is always cheerful, courteous, friendly, and professional.

Your technician, Alex B., went above and beyond the call of duty when servicing our company. Not only did he deliver the replacement water cooler, as promised, but came back the next day to deliver our order for water that was not provided to him during his previous visit. It is people like Alex B. that makes/keeps a great name for a company. Kudos to Alex B. and hope that he will be our serviceman in the coming days.
