Independent testing from the EWG has found that the water supply exceeds health guidelines for several substances, including bromodichloromethane, bromoform, chloroform, chromium (hexavalent), dibromochloromethane, dichloroacetic acid, and total trihalomethanes (TTHMs). In numbers, that would be 0.00000000004 for PFOA and PFOS, individually to 0.0000000001 for PFNA, PFHxS, and HFPO-DA (GenX Chemicals).
