Kay actually listened to my comments relating to the difference between "scheduling" service vs. actually "assigning a service call". My account is regularly charged for this service but actually getting a person on site received no such regularity. Kay understood and promised to pursue this. Zaid was very helpful in getting upgraded units installed. Both positions are important and appreciated but ongoing customer service will keep customers satisfied and returning.
